Arriving late may interfere with your treatment and all appointments will end at their scheduled times so that the next client will not be delayed. All treatment times include room preparation and client consultation. The treatment will therefore finish 5 minutes early to allow for room preparation for the next client.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment. We require this time for you to complete a consultation form and to inform your therapist of any changes in your health since your last visit.
If you are not happy with your treatment, please make us aware before you pay. We will adjust your treatment to your satisfaction. No refunds or credit will be given once you have left the salon. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Acrylics and Gel (shellac) treatments are guaranteed for 7 days; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 7 days please call us for a free repair. Repairs after 7 days or for breakages, tears and corner breaks are £3 per nail.
Nail polish services, tinting and lashes are not guaranteed.
We understand that the unknown happens, but if you do not make us aware that you cannot attend your appointment, it is the discretion of the salon whether or not to provide you with a refund on pre-paid appointments. It is also the discretion of the salon whether or not to offer an alternative appointment. Please inform us at least 2 hours before your appointment if you cannot attend.
If you have not attended your appointment and made no contact with the salon, we reserve the right to instruct Treatwell to request payment upfront on any subsequent appointments.
All clients are requested to receive a patch test for their first tinting at least 24-48 hours before treatment, regardless of whether they have been tinted before. This is because we may use different products that you may have previously been tinted with, or you may have developed an allergy since your last tinting due to environmental factors or medication etc.
Due to legal reasons we cannot provide tinting without a prior patch test.
The salon and its employees have been granted a trading licence from Manchester City Council to offer Ear Piercing, Micro Pigmentation (Semi-Permanent Makeup), Scalp Micropigmentation and Micro Needling. The licences are clearly displayed in the clinic.

The initial consultation for all Micro Pigmentation treatments is free, but a £50 non-fundable deposit is required at the end of your consultation if you choose to book a treatment. Treatments will not be booked without a deposit and will be deducted from the cost of the treatment. On the day of your booking, full cash payment is required before the start of the treatment.
There is no requirement for a patch test for this treatment.
The minimum age for all waxing treatments is 16. Treatments under this age require written parental consent at the discretion of the therapist.
